Honestly, I am quite disappointed with my experience on microspot.ch. I was looking for some household electronics and thought I'd give this website a shot after hearing about it from a colleague. However, the website's layout is pretty confusing, and the search function is not very intuitive. I wasted a lot of time trying to find specific products because the categories and filters are not user-friendly. It feels like an outdated design, and navigating through the site is a bit of a chore. Moreover, the product descriptions are often vague and lacking essential details. When I finally did find what I was looking for, the prices were not as competitive as I had hoped. I found similar items on other websites at significantly lower prices. The shipping costs are also quite high compared to other e-commerce sites, which is a big downside. Unfortunately, my experience didn't improve after purchasing either. The delivery was delayed, and I had to contact customer service multiple times to get updates. The customer service reps were somewhat helpful but seemed overwhelmed and took longer than expected to respond to my queries. Additionally, one of the products I ordered arrived damaged, and the return process was nothing short of a nightmare. It took several emails and calls to get a return authorization, and I had to wait weeks for a replacement. This is just unacceptable in this day and age when many other online retailers offer hassle-free returns. Overall, I'd only recommend microspot.ch if you can't find the item elsewhere, and you're prepared to deal with a frustratin shopping and post-purchase experience. In my case, it was a lesson learned, and I will not be using this site again for any future purchases.
La navigation sur le site est très simple et les descriptions des produits sont claires et précises. J'ai commandé un grille-pain et il fonctionne parfaitement. Je recommande !
J'ai eu une expérience médiocre avec leur service client. Ils ont mis trop de temps à répondre à mes questions. De plus, le produit n'était pas en bon état à la réception. Je suis déçu.
Je suis vraiment déçu par microspot.ch. Livraison très lente et le service client est difficilement joignable. Les produits ne sont pas conformes à la description et la qualité laisse à désirer. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande pas. ☹️
Microspot.ch offre une large gamme de produits de haute qualité à des prix compétitifs. J'ai acheté une télévision SAMSUNG et le service était excellent. Livraison rapide et sans encombre. Très satisfait !
