Très déçu par Meetch. J'ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec leur service d'assurance annulation. Le remboursement a mis plus d'une semaine à arriver, et le service client n'a pas été réactif. Pas du tout à la hauteur de ce qui est promis sur leur site. Je ne recommanderais pas.
I'm really dissatisfied with my experience on Meetch.io. First of all, the navigation on this website is super confusing. It took me forever just to figure out how to search for other users. The design feels outdated and not intuitive at all. Also, the site kept crashing on me, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I tried to use the messaging feature, but half the time messages wouldn't send or I'd get random errors. To make things worse, the app is slow and laggy. It's 2024, and this website feels like it's stuck in the last decade. Customer service isn't any better. I emailed them about my issues and it took DAYS to get a generic response that didn't even address my problem. Would it hurt to have a bit more efficiency and empathy towards users? On top of that, the people on here don't seem genuine. A lot of profiles looked fake, and I've had more dead-end conversations than I can count. Honestly, there are way better apps out there if you're serious about meeting new people. Save yourself the frustration and skip Meetch.io.
