Servizio fantastico! Ho fatto una radiografia domiciliare e il tecnico è stato molto professionale e puntuale. Referto ricevuto in meno di un'ora. Super consigliato!
Servizio ottimo! Il tecnico era molto gentile e competente. Ho avuto il referto in poco tempo. Veramente utile per chi ha difficoltà a spostarsi.
Mi aspettavo meglio. Il servizio ha i suoi vantaggi, ma ci sono stati problemi con la prenotazione e il referto è arrivato tardi.
Troppo costoso per il servizio offerto. Anche se la comodità è apprezzata, i prezzi sono davvero esagerati rispetto a una normale clinica.
Esperienza orribile. Il tecnico è arrivato in ritardo e la macchina non funzionava bene. Ho dovuto aspettare molto più del previsto per il referto.

Honestly, I was really disappointed with medicalaim.it. I was expecting much more professional and accurate content since it's a medical site, but it fell short on many fronts. The first issue is the interface: it's clunky and hard to navigate, making it such a hassle to find the information I need. On top of that, the design feels outdated and not user-friendly at all. I also found that some articles lacked depth and seemed more like filler content rather than providing useful and reliable medical data. It's frustrating when you're looking for precise information and end up reading vague generalities. Another major concern is the quality of the translations. Being a non-Italian speaker, I was relying on the translated versions of some articles, but they were so poorly translated that sometimes the meaning was lost entirely. It's clear that there wasn't much effort put into ensuring that non-Italian readers have a good experience. Additionally, the response time for customer support was ridiculously slow. I had a couple of questions and sent them an email, but it took days to get a reply, and even then, the answers were pretty generic and not really helpful. This really does not inspire confidence, especially for a medical site where people seek reliable and timely information. Finally, I was also unimpressed with the mobile optimization. When I tried to access the site on my phone, the layout was all over the place, with text overlapping and images not loading properly. Given the importance of medical information, it's unacceptable to have a site that's so inconvenient to use. All in all, I don't think I'll be using medicalaim.it again anytime soon and wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for serious medical advice. There are far better options out there.
