Pas du tout satisfait. Le service est cher et je n'ai vu aucune amélioration significative. Le suivi client laisse vraiment à désirer.
I'm honestly quite disappointed with my experience on mediamagma.io. I thought this platform would be an innovative way to get high-quality media downloads, but it's been anything but impressive. To start with, the user interface is cluttered and very hard to navigate. It seems like they took no care in designing a layout that is user-friendly or intuitive. Finding what you need feels like a scavenger hunt and not in a good way. Also, the search functionality is terribly slow. When you finally do get some search results, many of them are irrelevant or outdated. It really makes you question the reliability of the entire database. Another huge letdown has been the download speeds. I have a pretty decent internet connection, and downloading files on this site feels like I'm back on dial-up. It's excruciatingly slow and it often times out, forcing you to start all over again. A friend who also used the site had the same issues, so I know it's not just me. Customer support is another problem area. I reached out for assistance and it took days to get a response, which was just a generic copy-paste answer that didn’t solve my issue. They need to improve their support staff and provide more timely and helpful responses. To add to the frustration, there are constant pop-up ads and unnecessary notifications which disrupt the whole experience. It's as if the site is more interested in generating ad revenue than providing a good user experience. All in all, mediamagma.io has been a huge letdown. I had high hopes, but the poor user interface, slow search results, pathetic download speeds, and terrible customer service make it hard to recommend this site to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your media needs.
