Ho acquistato una borsa Nannini durante i saldi estivi e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della qualità del prodotto. La pelle è morbida e le finiture sono impeccabili. Inoltre, la spedizione è stata velocissima.
Le borse sono davvero belle, ma i prezzi mi sembrano un po' altini. Anche con i saldi estivi avrei voluto vedere sconti più significativi.
🤣 Non so come abbiano fatto, ma la mia borsa è arrivata con una piccola macchia sulla pelle. Tuttavia, il servizio clienti è stato molto disponibile e mi ha offerto una soluzione rapida e soddisfacente.
I recently had a disappointing experience with Maxpell. I was expecting a lot more from this site, but it ended up being quite average at best. The layout is really confusing, and it took me quite a while just to find the category I was looking for. The navigation is not user-friendly at all, and it's as if they didn't consider the user's experience when designing the site. Once I finally found the category I needed, the product selection was really limited. I was searching for some high-quality gaming equipment, and the choices were scarce. Furthermore, the descriptions of the products were brief and lacked important details that would help in making an informed decision. Adding to the frustration, the loading times for various pages were excruciatingly slow. I tried accessing the site on different devices and networks, and the result was the same every time. It is very annoying when you have to wait for several minutes just for a page to load. When I finally decided on a product and proceeded to check out, I encountered several issues with the payment gateway. It kept rejecting my valid credit card details, and customer support was not helpful at all. They took forever to respond and didn’t offer any practical solutions. This whole shopping experience was stressful and time-consuming. Ultimately, I had to abandon the purchase altogether due to the endless issues. I expected a much smoother and hassle-free experience, considering the reputation Maxpell seems to have online. Unfortunately, it failed to live up to expectations on multiple fronts. To anyone thinking of shopping here, I'd suggest looking elsewhere unless you have a lot of time and patience to waste.
Disappointed with the customer service. They took forever to respond to my queries. Product quality is good but not exceptional for the price.

Purtroppo, la mia esperienza con Max Pell non è stata delle migliori. Lo zaino acquistato è arrivato con un ritardo di 5 giorni, nonostante la promozione di una consegna veloce entro 48-72 ore.
