I had high hopes for LS Engineers, but my recent experience was pretty disappointing. First off, the website is quite cluttered and not intuitive at all. I spent a lot of time just trying to find the products I needed. The search function is unreliable, often showing irrelevant results or failing to find items that I eventually located manually. When I finally placed my order, I expected a quick delivery as stated on their website, but it took over two weeks to arrive. To make matters worse, some of the items were damaged and the packaging was subpar. The customer service was another letdown. I tried reaching out via phone and email, but responses were slow and often unhelpful. I had several back-and-forth exchanges just to get a simple issue resolved. The return process was a nightmare as well. They make it really complicated to return items, with a lot of red tape and hidden conditions. It felt like they were trying to discourage returns rather than actually helping their customers. The quality of the products I received was decent, but nothing special. Given the high prices, I expected much better quality and service. Overall, I feel like I wasted both my time and money on this website. I won't be ordering from LS Engineers again and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your engineering supply needs.

Unfortunately, the part I ordered was the wrong size and returning it was such a pain. Not sure I'll shop here again.

The service was really disappointing. I ordered a chainsaw part, but it took over two weeks to arrive. When it finally came, it was the wrong piece! And customer service was quite rude when I called to resolve the issue. Not impressed at all.
