The experience I had with lot.pl was far from satisfying. Firstly, the website's layout is confusing and outdated. Navigating through different sections is not user-friendly, making it hard to find the information I needed. The search functionality is also quite poor. Typing in a destination or a flight query often led to irrelevant results, which was frustrating. Additionally, the loading times are noticeably slow. Every time I clicked on a link, I had to wait several seconds for the page to load, which is not acceptable in 2024 when we expect fast and smooth internet experiences. Furthermore, the booking process was a nightmare. After selecting flights and proceeding to payment, the website crashed, and I had to start all over again. This happened not once, but twice! Finally, when I managed to book my flight, I didn't receive a confirmation email immediately. It took almost an hour to receive a confirmation, which made me anxious about whether the booking was successful or not. Customer service was equally disappointing. I tried contacting them via their online chat support, which claimed to provide instant help. However, I waited over 15 minutes before someone responded, and even then, the response was generic and unhelpful. I had to call their hotline, and the wait time was over 30 minutes. When I finally got through, the representative was not very knowledgeable and couldn't resolve my issue. Overall, my experience with lot.pl was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. I would not recommend using this website for booking flights. There are many other options out there that offer a smoother and more reliable service. Please save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your travel needs.
