I recently visited the Lost Mary website and I must say I am quite disappointed with the overall experience. First off, the layout of the site is confusing and hard to navigate. The homepage is cluttered with too many elements and lacks a clear structure, making it difficult to find the information I was looking for. The categories and menus are not user-friendly and often lead to dead ends or irrelevant pages. Secondly, the product descriptions are vague and do not provide sufficient details about the items. There should be more information regarding the materials, dimensions, and care instructions for potential buyers to make informed decisions. The images also don't do justice to the products, as they appear pixelated and unprofessional. Furthermore, the pricing seems inconsistent and somewhat overpriced for the quality offered. I ordered a couple of items to give it a try, but the shipping took much longer than advertised. When I finally received my order, I was underwhelmed by the packagingâit looked cheap and hastily done. To make matters worse, one of the items was damaged, and the customer service was not very helpful in resolving the issue. They took days to respond to my queries and seemed uninterested in providing a satisfactory solution. Overall, my experience with Lost Mary was far from pleasant, and I don't think I'll be making any more purchases from them in the future. I recently tried the Lost Mary vaping products and was quite disappointed. The flavors were not as vibrant as I expected, and the battery life was poor. Found myself recharging it frequently. Definitely not worth the price they ask for đ.
