Fan de ce site! Tellement facile de trouver des bons restaux et des coiffeures en lignes. :) La functionalité WhatsApp est trop cool aussi, je peux directement contacter les prestataires.
Eh, the website local.ch is just not worth it. I wanted a simple and efficient way to find local businesses and services, but this site certainly doesn't deliver. First off, the search functionality is super clunky. I typed in a couple of keywords, and the results were all over the place. I got irrelevant listings mixed in with what I was actually looking for. Who has time to sift through tons of useless information? Second, the website layout feels outdated. It looks like it hasn't been updated in years. The design is not user-friendly and makes navigation confusing, especially if you're not tech-savvy. I found myself clicking the back button way too many times just to find basic information. Third, some of the listings were way out of date. Like, I tried calling a couple of businesses, and the numbers were either disconnected or the businesses had moved locations. I mean, what's the point of having a directory if the information isn't accurate? Additionally, the loading times were painfully slow. I couldn't believe how long it took for some pages to load. In this day and age, a website should not be this sluggish. And don't even get me started on the mobile version. It’s a complete mess. Must've been created as an afterthought. I tried using it on my phone, and it was a nightmare—poor responsiveness and terrible formatting issues. Security-wise, I also felt a bit uneasy seeing as there was no HTTPS in some parts. In 2024, how could a reputable site omit basic SSL encryption? Finally, I have to mention that the customer support is virtually non-existent. I tried reaching out for some help navigating the site and got no response. It leaves you feeling like they just don't care. Overall, it's a disappointing experience using local.ch, and I can't see myself recommending it to anyone. There's just better options out there that actually work.
Je trouve ce site très utile pour trouver des prestataires locaux en Suisse. J'ai réservé un coiffeur à Zurich facilement et le service était impeccable. Je recommande ce site à tout le monde qui cherche à réserver des services rapidement et sans tracas. De plus, l'interface est très intuitive.
Ce site est très compliqué à utiliser. Les catégories ne sont pas claires et j'ai eu du mal à trouver un plombier à Genève. Je pense qu'ils devraient améliorer la navigation et rendre les résultats plus pertinents.
Vraiment déçu. Le site manque terriblement d'informations sur les prestataires. Impossible de savoir à qui on a affaire avant de réserver. En plus, les descriptions sont trop basiques et pas du tout détaillées.
Le site est pas mal, mais parfois je trouve qu'il manque d'options dans certaines villes. Par exemple, à Fribourg, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de choix pour les restaurants. C'est dommage car sinon c'est assez pratique.
Horrible expérience. Je n'ai jamais réussi à trouver un électricien à Lausanne. Toujours des erreurs dans les résultats. Franchement déçu.
