Servizio clienti purtroppo deludente. Ho ordinato un elettrodomestico e ci sono volute settimane per arrivare. Inoltre, il supporto clienti non è stato utile a risolvere i problemi.🎭
I recently ordered a few items from like-it.store, and overall, my experience was quite disappointing. First off, the website layout is very cluttered and difficult to navigate. I spent a lot of time just trying to find the products I was interested in, which was extremely frustrating. Even when I finally found what I wanted, the product descriptions were vague and lacked important details. When my order finally arrived, it was much later than the expected delivery date. I understand that shipping delays can happen, but the lack of communication from the store was unacceptable. I received no updates on my order status, and when I tried to contact customer service, I didn't get a response for over a week. The quality of the items was also below average. One of the products I received was clearly used and not in the brand-new condition that was advertised on the website. Another item was damaged, and considering the price I paid, I expected much better. I tried to initiate a return, but the process was overly complicated and customer service was not helpful at all. The return policy is not clear and seems designed to discourage returns. The entire experience left me feeling frustrated and ripped off. I won't be shopping here again, and I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. They need to make significant improvements in their website usability, customer service, and product quality if they want to retain customers. I hope they take this feedback seriously because as it stands, they are far from a reliable and trustworthy online retailer.
