Il sito è un po' confuso e non è facile trovare quello che cerchi. Ho avuto problemi a navigare tra le categorie.
Non sono molto soddisfatto. Alcuni prodotti non sono di qualità come descritti e ci sono stati ritardi nella consegna. Mi aspettavo di più.
Il mio ordine è arrivato danneggiato e il processo di restituzione è stato complicato. Non credo che farò altri acquisti qui.
Non sono stato colpito dai loro prodotti di illuminazione. Nonostante l'ampia gamma disponibile, la qualità non rispecchia il prezzo elevato. Inoltre, la spedizione ha impiegato molto più tempo del previsto. Non raccomanderei.
I had high hopes for Light Design Shop given the sleek and modern look of their website, but my experience was far from satisfactory. First off, the navigation was a mess. It was difficult to find specific products because of unclear category names and a lack of useful filters. Who thought it was a good idea to lump together floor lamps with ceiling lights? The search function also didn’t help much; it kept pulling up irrelevant results no matter what keywords I used. Then there’s the issue with the product descriptions themselves, which were either too sparse or filled with obscure jargon. How am I supposed to understand what "ambient refractive index" means without an engineering degree? It felt like they were trying too hard to sound technical rather than just explaining what the product does in plain English. The final nail in the coffin was the customer service. After placing my order, I didn't receive any confirmation email. I had to reach out myself to confirm that my order was even processed. When I finally managed to get ahold of someone (after several failed attempts), they were not very helpful and seemed annoyed that I was even calling. It took over three weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did, one of the lamps was broken and another wasn’t what I ordered. I contacted customer service again, but the response was slow and unsatisfactory. They offered me a 5% discount on my next purchase as compensation, which frankly feels like an insult given how much I spent and the hassle I went through. In short, my shopping experience with Light Design Shop was disappointing and stressful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for good customer service or easy navigation. Looks shouldn’t be everything, and this website proves that.
Ho trovato delle lampade perfette per il mio salotto! Il servizio clienti è stato molto disponibile e mi ha aiutato a scegliere il modello giusto. Inoltre, la spedizione è stata davvero veloce.
Una selezione fantastica di prodotti e offerte! Ho approfittato dello sconto summer e ho risparmiato un bel po'. Lo consiglio vivamente. 😊
