Pas du tout satisfait. Le transfert a pris beaucoup plus de temps que prévu et le service client était difficile à joindre. Je ne pense pas utiliser ce service à nouveau.
Pas terrible du tout. Problème de paiement et pas de réponse rapide de leur part. J'espère que les améliorations seront faites à l'avenir.
Service rapide et efficace! J'ai acheté un domaine et tout s'est passé sans aucun problème. Le transfert a été terminé en moins de 24 heures comme promis. Je recommande vivement ce site.
This website is supéremnet disappointing. I was excited to explore Liberty Play given its vast claims but it fell flat on almost every count. The layout is confusing and not user-friendly at all. I spent a significant amount of time just trying to figure out where things were. The search function is almost useless, returning mostly irrelevant results. More than once I found myself frustrated and wanting to leave the page altogether. The promises made by Liberty Play about its offerings are clearly exaggerated. I purchased a few items and the quality was just not worth the money. The pictures on the site are very misleading. The actual items I received looked nothing like the glamorized images online. One of the products even arrived damaged, and trying to get a refund was an absolute nightmare. The customer service is almost non-existent, and when I finally got through to someone, they were rude and unhelpful. They need to improve their customer support significantly if they expect to retain any customers. To add to my frustration, the delivery times are atrociously long. They make big claims about fast shipping, but in reality, I had to wait over a month to receive my items. And no, I don't live in a remote area where shipping might take longer. I'm based in a major city, so there's no real excuse for such delays. Also, their pricing strategy is questionable. Many items are overly priced for the quality they offer. There are plenty of better alternatives out there where you can get similar or better products for a fraction of the price. I've had much better experiences with other online stores. Liberty Play really needs to do a complete overhaul if they want to get serious about their business. I certainly won't be returning and would advise potential customers to tread carefully.
Achat très simple et prix compétitif, mais la page de paiement pourrait être plus claire. Une bonne expérience en général.
Le service sur liberty-play.store est franchement décevant. Les produits sont souvent en rupture de stock et la qualité laisse à désirer. Je ne recommande pas.
Très bon service pour un transfert de domaine. Le processus était transparent et facile à comprendre. J'ai aussi bénéficié d'une réduction en payant par virement bancaire. 😊
