Positive reviews about this website really confuse me. Honestly, I was expecting much more from a site that calls itself "Les Tricolores." First of all, the layout is just messy and not intuitive at all. I spent a good amount of time just navigating the different sections because the menus are all over the place. It felt like a maze! Secondly, the options for merchandise are very limited. For a website that promotes French pride, you'd think they'd have a wider array of products to choose from. But no, what they have is pretty basic and unoriginal. I didn't see anything that caught my eye, which was quite disappointing. When it comes to prices, let's just say they are ridiculously high for what you actually get. I ordered a T-shirt, and the quality was subpar, to say the least. The fabric felt cheap and rough, and the print started to fade after just one wash. It's outrageous to charge premium prices for such poor quality items. Customer service is another area where they fall short. I had an issue with my order, and it took them forever to respond to my emails. When they finally did, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. Made me feel like they don't care about their customers at all. And to add insult to injury, the shipping was terribly slow. I had to wait almost three weeks to receive my order, and there wasn't even any tracking information provided! Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience on Les Tricolores. I expected a lot more in terms of product range, quality, and customer service. Sadly, they failed on all fronts. I won't be recommending this website to anyone, and I certainly won't be making any more purchases from them. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
Honnêtement, je n'ai pas été impressionné par Les Tricolores. Le service de numérisation du courrier est souvent en retard et il manque parfois des documents. L'équipe peut être sympa au téléphone mais ça ne rattrape pas les soucis de service continus.
