Shop at your own risk! I had high hopes for Le Shop du Greg, but my experience was far from satisfactory. First off, the website itself is pretty clunky and not user-friendly at all. Navigating through the different product categories was a nightmare; I often found myself clicking on the wrong things because the site is just poorly organized. The search function is also practically useless. I searched for a specific product by its exact name, and the results were all over the place, with half of them not even related to what I was looking for. It was as if the search engine has a mind of its own, totally unreliable. Now, let's talk about the selection. Honestly, it's mediocre at best. The range of products is pretty limited, and they seem to be perpetually out of stock on popular items. I was looking to buy a specific piece of clothing I'd seen advertised, but it was out of stock for weeks. Finally, when it came back in stock, I immediately placed an order, only to have them email me two days later to say it was out of stock again. Extremely frustrating! When I did manage to buy something, the shipping was painfully slow. It took almost a month for my package to arrive, despite their promise of faster delivery. To add insult to injury, the packaging was shoddy and the item was slightly damaged. The whole process just felt like a bad joke. Customer service was yet another low point. Trying to get in touch with someone was difficult, and when I eventually did, the response was lackluster and unhelpful. They didn't seem interested in addressing my concerns at all. In summary, Le Shop du Greg is not worth the hassle. There are far better online stores out there that offer better service, a wider selection, and quicker shipping. Save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere.
