Honestly, the site didn't work for me at all. I got an error message saying "Domain not allowed on CDN". Total waste of time.

To be honest, I was quite disappointed with Les Halles de la Formation. First of all, the website's layout is confusing and makes it difficult to find the necessary information. I spent too much time searching for the course I wanted, and when I finally found it, the information provided was not comprehensive. They need to seriously improve the navigation system and make it more user-friendly. Additionally, the course content was not up to my expectations. I felt that the lessons lacked depth and practical examples. It seemed as though the materials provided were very basic, which is not what I expected from a professional training platform. Furthermore, the customer service is quite poor. I had a question regarding one of the courses and tried to reach out multiple times via their contact form and email but received no response. It is frustrating when you need support and there is no one available to help you. The only positive thing I can mention is the variety of courses they offer, but what is the point if the quality is not there? Moreover, the platform also showed some technical glitches multiple times which interrupted the learning process. Another downside is the pricing; it is relatively high considering the quality of the content provided. I think they overcharge for what you actually receive. In summary, Les Halles de la Formation mis toutes ses faiblesses en avant et je ne le recommande pas. Vous pourriez trouver de bien meilleurs services ailleurs qui en valent plus le coup pour votre argent. I sincerely hope they address these issues if they want to retain their customers. It is high time for some improvements.
