I had such high hopes for lens.me, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, navigating the website was a challenge. The layout is cluttered and confusing, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. I had to click through multiple pages just to get basic information about the lenses. When I finally managed to select the lenses I wanted, the checkout process was painfully slow. The page froze multiple times, and I had to start over more than once. When I finally placed my order, the estimated delivery time was supposed to be 5-7 days. However, it took almost three weeks for my lenses to arrive. During this time, I tried to contact customer service to get an update on my order status. The response was slow and unhelpful. It felt like I was talking to a robot who just copied and pasted generic answers. When the lenses finally arrived, the packaging was damaged. The lenses themselves didn't look like what was advertised on the website. They were uncomfortable to wear, and I could barely keep them in my eyes for more than an hour without experiencing irritation. I tried reaching out to customer service again to discuss a return or exchange, but the process was so convoluted and time-consuming that I decided it wasn't worth the effort. I expected much better quality and service for the price I paid. Overall, my experience with lens.me has been extremely disappointing. I will not be ordering from them again, and I would not recommend this website to anyone looking for reliable and comfortable contact lenses. Save your money and purchase your lenses from a more reputable retailer.
Totally disappointed with the contacts I bought. The colors looked fake, and they were uncomfortable to wear. Customer service was not helpful at all.
