OMG, I was totally disappointed with ledpanelgrosshandel.de. The website is so confusing, like, I couldn't find anything I needed easily. The categories are all over the place, and the search function is, like, broken or something. I was literally searching for a simple LED panel and got results for stuff I didn’t even know existed. The product descriptions are, like, super minimal and don't give any useful info. How am I supposed to know if this stuff will fit my setup if you don't even tell me the size or power consumption properly? Also, the images are low quality and don't really show the product well. Ordering was another nightmare. The checkout process was painful with so many steps and, like, random redirects happening. I was scared my payment info would get stolen or something. I finally got through and then the shipping was so slow! I waited almost three weeks for my order to arrive. When it finally did, the packaging was, like, so lame, just a thin box with no proper padding. One of the panels was damaged, and getting customer service to respond has been a total joke. I tried calling, emailing, even messaging on social media. No response for days! When they did finally respond, they weren't helpful and acted like it was my fault for the damage. The return process is super complicated too, requiring you to fill out so many forms and pay for return shipping yourself. For real, who does that?! Save your time and money, and just avoid this site. There are way better options out there that won’t stress you out as much. Overall, terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend this site to anyone. *End rant*.
Leider war meine Erfahrung mit den LED-Panels von dieser Seite ziemlich enttäuschend. Die Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig und das Licht flackert oft. Außerdem war der Kundenservice nicht hilfreich.
