Not content with the purchase. The quality of the product was quite underwhelming for the price I paid. Also, the delivery was late, and the customer service lacked responsiveness. Would not recommend to others. 😞

Honestly, I had high hopes for ldclin.co but it didn't live up to my expectations at all. The platform is pretty confusing to navigate, and it feels like they didn't put much effort into user-friendly design. Signing up for courses was a pain -- the process is overly complicated and I had to fill out so many unnecessary details. When I finally got access, the course content was super underwhelming. I opted for a supposedly advanced course, but it turned out to be really basic and not at all challenging. Also, the video quality was poor; it kept buffering and the audio was often out of sync. The instructor seemed knowledgeable, but the overall presentation was very unengaging, making it hard to stay focused. I also faced technical issues when trying to access the site on different devices. Considering the price they charge, I expected a lot more. I reached out to customer service for help, but their responses were slow and not very helpful. They have this elaborate FAQ section, but most of it is outdated and didn't address my issues. Plus, the community forum isn’t active enough to get timely peer support. The only redeeming factor was the downloadable resources which were somewhat useful, but even then, they’re not enough to justify the cost. I wouldn't recommend this platform unless they make significant improvements. Save your money and look elsewhere for your learning needs.
