Okay, I was really excited to try out the service from lauravannoli.it but honestly, it left me pretty disappointed. First of all, the website design feels really outdated and it's hard to navigate. Everything just seems cluttered, and the buttons and links aren't where you expect them to be. It took me almost 10 minutes just to find what I was looking for, which was super frustrating. The products themselves looked interesting online, but when I received my order, the quality was nowhere near what I imagined. The images on the website make everything look so luxurious and high-end, but in person, it felt cheap and poorly made. Seriously, the materials felt like they could fall apart any moment. Shipping was another hassle. The website doesn't clearly state how long shipping will take, and I ended up waiting over three weeks for my package to arrive. When I tried to contact customer service to get an update on my order, it took them ages to respond. And when they did, their answer was generic and unhelpful. It's like they didn't even read my question properly. Also, the prices don't match the quality at all. I felt like I paid way too much for what I got. If you are going to charge premium prices, at least deliver premium products! To top it all off, returning the items was a nightmare. The return policy is buried somewhere on the site and getting a refund was more complicated than it needed to be. Basically, I ended up keeping stuff I didn't even like just because I didn't want to deal with more headaches. Overall, I wouldn't recommend lauravannoli.it to anyone looking for a smooth shopping experience or quality products. There are way better options out there. Don't waste your time and money here.
Esperienza deludente. Ho comprato un paio di scarpe qui, ma la qualità era davvero scarsa. Il tessuto si è rovinato dopo un solo mese di utilizzo. Non vale il prezzo pagato!
