I ordered a 2024 planner and some stickers, but was pretty disappointed. The planner pages are thin and the stickers don’t stick well at all. Customer service took forever to get back to me, which was really frustrating. Besides, the prices feel too high for the quality you get.

Also, I was really looking forward to enjoying a smooth experience with Kiroku.de, but I was highly disappointed. The website layout is outdated and not very user-friendly. Navigating through the different sections feels like a chore, and there is very little guidance for new users trying to find specific information. Another thing that really put me off was how slow the website is. Loading times are ridiculously long, and it seems like every other page has some kind of technical issue or error. It seriously feels like the website is stuck in the early 2000s. The content itself is a mix of outdated information and overly simplistic descriptions, which don’t provide much value. I was particularly interested in their product range but found the descriptions and details lacking depth and clarity. It’s hard to make an informed decision when there’s so little useful information provided. Customer service is almost non-existent. I tried to reach out through their contact form for some assistance, and it took ages to get a response. When I finally received a reply, it was vague and didn’t address my concerns adequately. It’s obvious that customer support is not a priority for them. Given the frustrating website experience and the poor quality of information, I cannot in good conscience recommend Kiroku.de to anyone. There are far better websites out there that offer more up-to-date, detailed content and much better user experiences. Honestly, I feel like I wasted my time here and won’t be coming back. It’s a shame that such a promising concept is executed so poorly.
