Also honestly, I was really disappointed with keilriemen-online.de. I mean, at first glance, it seemed like they had a good selection of products, right? But when you actually try to navigate the website, it's just a mess. The search function barely works; I literally had to go through pages and pages to find what I needed. And even when I found the stupid belt I required for my car, the product descriptions were so vague. It's like they didn't even care to give proper details. Like, seriously, what's the point of an online store if you can't even understand what you're buying? And don't even get me started on the delivery times. It said 3-5 business days, but mine took over two weeks. TWO WEEKS. When I contacted customer service, they were no help at all. Just a generic "We are looking into it" response and not even an apology for the delay. The belt I finally received didn't fit properly, even though I had followed their sizing guide to the letter. It's like they just slap random sizes on their products. I had to go through the hassle of returning it, and let's just say their returns process isn't any better. Filled with red tape and unnecessary steps, it was a nightmare to get my money back. Honestly, this website is a joke. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else. I can't believe I wasted so much time and money here. Just nothing worked as it should have, and their customer service is practically non-existent. Never coming back here again. They need to step up their game big time if they want to keep customers. This was just an all-around bad experience.
