I had high hopes for Italia Rimborso, but my experience was not even close to satisfying. First off, navigating the website was a challenge. It is cluttered and not user-friendly at all. You have to click through multiple sections just to find basic information. I was trying to get compensation for a delayed flight, but the information is not straightforward. You are left guessing half the time. I spent nearly an hour just trying to figure out where to submit my claim. When I finally did, the process was painfully slow. I submitted my claim and didn't hear back for weeks. When I tried to follow up, customer service was basically non-existent. I had to send several emails before I finally got a response. And even then, the reply was generic and did not address any of my specific concerns. Also, the website claims that their service is free, but I ended up having to pay unexpected fees. They don't clearly outline any costs involved, and I felt misled. They also try to push you into using their premium service, which costs even more. Honestly, it felt like they were just trying to make money off my bad experience. Lastly, their so-called 'success stories' seemed overly exaggerated. Either they cherry-pick the best outcomes or those testimonials are not genuine. I finally got a partial refund after months of back-and-forth, but it was far less than what was initially promised. To make matters worse, they took a significant percentage of my refund as their fee, which was not clarified upfront. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this service. You are better off handling the claims process yourself or using a more transparent and efficient company. It was a waste of time and money.
