Wow, I was really hoping for better quality with iriscollection.ch, but was left pretty disappointed. First off, the website looks nice, I won't deny that, but the user experience is quite frustrating. Everything loads so slowly, and navigating through the pages feels like a chore. I don’t even think I have a slow internet connection, so I’m guessing it’s on their end. Secondly, the product descriptions are quite vague. When you're paying good money for items, you want to know exactly what you’re getting. Some products don’t even show all the relevant information, which is super unhelpful. Now let me talk about the shipping. It took FOREVER. The estimated delivery time was about a week, but it took nearly three weeks for my order to arrive. When I contacted customer service to ask about it, I got a cookie-cutter response that didn’t address my concerns at all. Speaking of customer service, I had another issue with a product – it looked nothing like the photos on the site. The return process was a nightmare. It took them ages to respond and even longer to process the return. Also, their communication was pretty subpar – I had to send multiple emails to get any sort of acknowledgment. To top it all off, the quality of the products was just average. For the price I paid, I expected something much better. The materials felt cheap and not at all durable. I hate leaving negative reviews but considering all these factors, I can’t say I would recommend iriscollection.ch to anyone. There are plenty of other places online where you can get better quality and customer service without all the hassle and disappointment. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
Très déçu par la qualité des produits d'Iris Collection. Les vêtements sont mal taillés et les tissus sont bon marché. Le service client ne répond pas rapidement. Je ne recommanderai pas cette boutique.
