Le service d'iPaidThat est loin de ce que j'attendais. Même avec des promesses de simplification, j'ai trouvé le processus trop complexe et pas assez intuitif. De plus, le support client n'est pas très réactif.
Je deconceilis cette platforme, bcp de bugs et le scanner mobile ne fonctionne pas comme prevu. C'est difficile de gerer mes notes de frais. Ne suis pas content du tout!
Utilisateur depuis 6 mois, je trouve la solution très pratique pour les TPE. La fonction de paiement fournisseurs en 1 clic est géniale! Toutefois, quelques lenteurs durant les heures de pointe.
iPaidThat a révolutionné la gestion financière de mon entreprise. Le rapprochement bancaire est très précis et les factures sont traitées rapidement. Toutefois, j'ai rencontré quelques bugs mineurs lors de l'utilisation de l'application mobile. Globalement, je suis très satisfait. 😊
I recently tried to use the services provided by this website and I have to say, overall, it was quite disappointing. First of all, the user interface is very cluttered and hard to navigate. It took me a good amount of time just to figure out where everything was, and even then, some menus and options seemed to be buried in layers of sub-menus. It’s not user-friendly at all. Secondly, while the website promises seamless integration with various accounting software, I faced multiple issues in getting it to sync with my QuickBooks account. Every time I tried to connect, there was some error or another. Customer support was not very helpful either. Their response time was slow, and when they did respond, their solution was a generic "please try again later" which was infuriating. Another significant issue was the performance. The site is incredibly slow. Pages take ages to load, and sometimes it just hangs there, forcing me to refresh. This is simply unacceptable for a service that is supposed to help streamline business processes. Speaking of streamlining, the invoicing feature is lackluster. It lacks many basic functionalities that you would expect from a modern financial tool. The customization options are minimal, and the design templates look very outdated. For the price they are charging, I expected something much more sophisticated and efficient. Lastly, the reports generated by the website are not very insightful. They offer very basic information and lack any in-depth analysis. For a service marketed towards businesses needing financial oversight, this is a huge letdown. Overall, I regret spending my time and money on this service. There are other alternatives out there that do a far better job at a similar or reduced cost. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable accounting and invoicing solution.
Le service de collecte et saisie de factures est impeccable. Cependant, l'interface utilisateur pourrait être plus intuitive. J'ai dû contacter le support plusieurs fois au début. Avec des améliorations, ce service pourrait être exceptionnel.
Bonne solution pour la gestion des factures et la trésorerie. J'aime particulièrement les rapports et les prévisions de trésorerie. Simple à utiliser, même pour ceux qui ne sont pas experts en comptabilité.
