I recently had a less than stellar experience with inBrain.ai, a platform that promises to make survey taking easy and rewarding. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but smooth. First off, the interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. It took me a while to even figure out where to sign up. Once I did manage to register, the surveys themselves were a mixed bag. Some of them were so long and boring that I started wondering if the reward was even worth it. Speaking of rewards, the payout system is really disappointing. It takes FOREVER to accumulate enough points to get anything of value. Even worse, some surveys didn’t credit me with points, even though I completed them in full. Also, don’t get me started on the technical issues. The website would sometimes randomly log me out, and I even experienced a few crashes that made me lose all my progress on a lengthy survey. And good luck trying to get customer support to help you out! I sent multiple emails about these issues and barely got any response. When I finally did hear back, their solutions were vague and didn’t really address my concerns. They also don’t seem to care much about user feedback. The whole experience left me feeling like they care more about collecting data than rewarding their users fairly. On top of all that, there were too many instances of surveys being closed after I had already spent time answering several questions. This felt like a complete waste of my time. If you value your time and want to earn some extra cash through surveys, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. There are other platforms out there that treat their users much better. Overall, I’m quite dissatisfied and won’t be using inBrain.ai again anytime soon.
I tried using inbrain.ai for a recent project, but honestly, it didn’t meet my expectations at all. The interface is clunky and tough to navigate. Not user-friendly for beginners. Also, the customization options are too limited. Would not recommend.
