I had high expectations for Icerental4x4, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The car we received had a few scratches and the interior wasn't very clean. Despite their claims of quality service, the customer support was not very helpful when we faced issues. We also found the rental process pretty slow. Overall, it was an average experience.
