The website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I found all the insurance options I needed in just a few clicks. Great experience overall!
Found the process of getting car insurance very frustrating. Despite the claims of savings, I didn’t experience any. 😕 The customer service was unhelpful and didn’t address my concerns properly.

I've had a pretty disappointing experience with Howden Insurance. I came to the site with high hopes, looking for comprehensive home insurance, and I left feeling like I’d just wasted my time. The user interface is quite outdated and not at all user-friendly. It took me ages to navigate through the options, and even when I found what I was looking for, the information was lacking in detail. Speaking of details, the descriptions of the insurance plans were very vague. I had to dig through tons of fine print just to get a basic understanding of what was covered, and even then, I wasn't sure if I was getting the right information. Customer service was another letdown. When I attempted to reach out for clarification on some points, I was met with long waiting times and unhelpful responses. They seemed more interested in getting me off the phone quickly rather than actually solving my problem. Pricing was another big issue for me. The quotes I received were significantly higher compared to other insurance providers, and for less coverage! It just didn’t make sense considering the level of service and clarity (or lack thereof) provided. Adding to my frustration, I experienced several technical glitches during the payment process, which forced me to start over multiple times. This wasn't just annoying; it made me question the reliability and security of their site. I ended up abandoning my attempt to purchase through them and went with another provider who offered a streamlined process and clear information. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Howden Insurance unless they make significant improvements to their website, customer service, and overall transparency. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
