I had an oven repaired through Hotpoint's service. The engineer was prompt and courteous. However, the oven needed a follow-up visit for a minor issue.
Purchased a freestanding fridge freezer. It works fine but is much noisier than expected. Not happy with the purchase overall.
I had such high hopes for the Hotpoint service website, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The website itself is not user-friendly, with confusing navigation and poorly organized sections. I spent a significant amount of time trying to find what I needed, only to be redirected or given incomplete information. The booking system is overly complicated and unresponsive at times, causing more frustration than convenience. Unfortunately, the customer service was no better. I attempted to contact them multiple times for support, only to be met with long wait times and unhelpful responses. When I finally managed to speak with someone, they were unable to provide a clear solution to my problem and seemed disconnected from the actual workings of the website. In addition to the customer service issues, I found that the information provided on the website was often outdated and not reflective of the actual services available. For example, the list of repair services was not comprehensive, and some of the repair options listed were no longer provided by Hotpoint. This made it challenging to determine if they could fix my specific issue. Moreover, the visuals and design of the website leave much to be desired. It feels outdated and lacks the modern touch that other service websites offer. Simple things like the color scheme and layout made it feel like I was using a website from a decade ago. Considering the prominence of the Hotpoint brand, I expected a lot more from their online services. Overall, my experience with the Hotpoint service website was frustrating and disappointing. They really need to overhaul their user experience and customer service to make it worthwhile for users. Until then, I wouldn't recommend using this service.
The induction hob I bought works like a charm. It heats up quickly and is very easy to clean. Highly recommend!
The service was really disappointing. The technician arrived late and seemed uninterested in solving the issue with my washing machine. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for timely solutions.
Great customer service and fast delivery. My new dishwasher is quiet and energy-efficient. Very pleased with my purchase!
