I recently used heylink.me and I must say, I am quite disappointed. The website promises a convenient way to compile all your important links in one place, but my experience was far from satisfactory. First of all, the user interface is cluttered and confusing. There are too many unnecessary options that make it difficult to navigate. It took me a significant amount of time just to figure out how to create my first link page. Secondly, the customization options are very limited. For a service that advertises itself as a personal branding tool, you would expect a wide range of themes and customization features, but that is not the case here. The themes available are bland and do not offer much variety. Even the paid options did not seem worth the investment. Another major issue is the loading speed. My link page takes forever to load, and sometimes it doesn’t load at all. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when you are trying to share these links with potential clients or partners. Technical glitches are frequent, making the overall experience very unreliable. I also had issues with customer service. I reached out to them multiple times regarding the loading speed and customization issues, but the responses were either delayed or did not address my concerns adequately. It felt like they did not care about the user experience at all. On top of all this, the website does not seem to be mobile-friendly. In today’s digital age, having a mobile-optimized site is crucial but heylink.me falls short in this area as well. The mobile interface is buggy and the links don’t redirect properly. Overall, my experience with heylink.me was more of a headache than a help. I would not recommend this service to anyone who values efficiency and reliability. There are better alternatives out there that offer more features and a smoother user experience.
I tried to access the site and got blocked multiple times for no clear reason. It’s really frustrating! Usually, security systems block malicious activity, but I was just trying to browse the site. This experience makes it hard to trust the service they offer.
