I was quite excited to explore the Herbs & Roots website, considering my recent interest in natural remedies and herbal products. However, my experience was disappointing overall. Firstly, the website's navigation is extremely clunky and frustrating. Finding specific products or categories is a hassle, as the menu is neither intuitive nor user-friendly. Secondly, many of the product descriptions are minimal and lack essential information. For instance, the dosages and potential side effects of some herbal supplements are not clear, which is concerning for anyone cautious about these things. Thirdly, the images of the products are not of high quality. They look pixelated and do not offer a close-up view, making it difficult to assess the products' actual appearance. Another major issue is the customer service. I tried reaching out via the contact form with a question about one of their teas, and it took over a week to get a basic response, which didn't even fully address my question. Given the nature of their products, timely and detailed customer support is crucial, yet it appears lacking. The prices also seem quite high compared to other similar websites, which is disappointing considering the subpar user experience. Plus, the payment process had some glitches that made me nervous about entering my credit card information. Lastly, I noticed that several items I was interested in were out of stock and there was no clear indication of when they would be available again. This lack of inventory management and communication is quite frustrating. Overall, my experience with Herbs & Roots was below average and I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a hassle-free and informative shopping experience for herbal products. I hope the company takes these critiques seriously and makes necessary improvements.
