I was not impressed with Helios. The products seem overpriced for the quality you get. Additionally, customer service was hard to reach and unhelpful when I finally got through. The delivery was also delayed. Not worth it.
I've gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Helios. For a site that's supposed to be all about offering innovative tech products, it feels really outdated. Navigation on the site is confusing and slow, and finding specific products took way longer than it should. The product descriptions lack detail, making it hard to fully understand what you're buying. Moreover, the prices are quite high compared to other similar websites. I also experienced issues during checkout; the site kept freezing, and I had to restart the process multiple times. Customer service was another letdown – I tried emailing them about an issue I had with a purchase, but it took them nearly a week to get back to me with an unhelpful response. I really expected a lot more from a company that markets itself as tech-savvy and customer-focused. Given this experience, I wouldn't recommend Helios to anyone looking for a smooth shopping experience or responsive customer support. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!
