Honestly, I wish I could give a better review, but my experience with the Happy Linen Company has been quite disappointing. Firstly, the website design is rather outdated and not very user-friendly. It took me quite a while to navigate through the different sections and find what I was looking for. The search bar doesn't function very well, often showing irrelevant results, which makes the shopping experience quite frustrating. The product range is pretty limited. I was expecting a wider variety of designs and styles, but it seems they only stock a few items per category. This is particularly disappointing given the high prices. For the amount of money they charge, I was expecting premium quality, but unfortunately, the quality of the items I received was mediocre at best. The bedsheets felt rough against the skin and the stitching on the pillowcases started coming apart after just one wash. Customer service is another area where they fall short. After receiving my order, I had a query about one of the items and tried to get in touch with their support team. It took them several days to get back to me, and when they did, their response was generic and unhelpful. It felt like they hadn't even read my query properly. Delivery times are also quite slow compared to other online stores. I had to wait nearly two weeks for my order to arrive, which is quite unacceptable in this day and age when most companies offer much quicker shipping options. There was no communication about the delay either, which added to the overall poor experience. Lastly, the return policy is not very customer-friendly. They require you to pay for the return shipping, which again, given the high prices of their items, feels like adding insult to injury. Overall, I can't say I'll be shopping here again and wouldn't recommend it to others. There are far better options out there that offer better quality, more variety, and superior customer service. Stay away if you value your money and time.
I had high hopes for the bedding, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The duvet cover faded after just one wash, and the fabric feels cheap and scratchy. Definitely not worth the price. 😕
