Ok, so I have to say I was really looking forward to ordering from GreenDonkey after hearing so much about them online. But man, was I disappointed. First of all, the website design is super outdated and confusing to navigate. It took me forever to find what I was looking for. Seriously, in 2024, you'd expect a more user-friendly interface. When I finally managed to place an order, the shipping took way longer than expected. They promise fast delivery on the website, but it took over two weeks for my order to arrive. And this was not during any holiday rush or anything. Just a regular time of the year. When the package finally arrived, I was shocked to see that the items were poorly packed. One of the products I ordered was actually damaged. Trying to get in touch with their customer service was a nightmare. I wrote them several emails and got no response for days. When they did finally reply, it was a generic response that didn't address any of my concerns. They did not offer any solution or compensation for the damaged item. It's really disappointing because the products themselves seem to be of decent quality, but the horrible customer service and poor logistics make the whole experience not worth it. It's a shame because this could have been a go-to place for me, but after this experience, I don’t think I will be shopping here again. Such a shame how awful customer service can ruin a potentially good brand. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. They seriously need to step up their game in terms of customer support and website usability if they want to keep their customers.
Der Service war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend. Die Lieferung dauerte viel länger als erwartet, und die Produkte entsprachen nicht der Beschreibung. Werde hier nicht nochmal einkaufen.
