This website is such a letdown. I was really hopeful after browsing through gleggmire.shop because they have a really appealing layout and a decent selection of items, but the reality of dealing with them has been nothing but frustrating. First of all, I placed an order for a couple of products a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting for them to arrive. I tried to contact their customer service, which, by the way, is very hard to find on the site, and when I finally got a response, they were very unhelpful and vague about the shipping status. Their email responses also took forever. It feels like every time I email them, I have to wait for days to get a response, and even then, the replies are not informative at all. Also, the prices are not as great as they make them seem. Often, you can find the same products cheaper on other websites. I even found one of the items I purchased for nearly half the price on another site after placing my order. And don’t get me started on their return policy. It’s so convoluted and not user-friendly. You have to jump through so many hoops just to initiate a return, and it’s almost as if they’re trying to discourage you from returning items. Another thing that bothers me is the actual quality of the items. The products look great in the pictures, but what you receive is of much lower quality. The materials feel cheap, the sizing is off, and one of the items even arrived damaged. This kind of inconsistency in quality is unacceptable. I really wanted to like this site because they have some unique items, but I think I’m going to stick to more reliable sites in the future. Overall, my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment. I had really high hopes but they just didn't deliver, literally and figuratively. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
