I was very excited to shop on genshin.shop, given my love for the game and all things related to Genshin Impact. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the website seems very outdated and not user-friendly at all. I had a lot of trouble navigating through the different sections, and sometimes the links didn't even work properly, which was incredibly frustrating. I was looking to purchase some official merchandise, especially the character figures, but the product descriptions were very vague. They didn’t provide enough information about the size, materials, or even the manufacturers. Instead, it was full of generic information that anyone who plays the game would already know. This made it difficult to make an informed decision about my purchase.
