I was really excited to try Fruugo because they seemed to offer a wide range of products from all over the world. However, my experience was far from satisfactory. First off, the website itself is very cluttered and difficult to navigate. It's like they threw everything onto one page without any consideration for user experience. I spent way too much time just trying to find what I was looking for. When I finally did find the product I wanted, the checkout process was another headache. It kept glitching and I had to restart multiple times. Not to mention, they have a very limited payment method which I found quite inconvenient. The real disappointment came with the delivery. The estimated delivery time was supposed to be 7-10 business days, but it took over three weeks for my order to arrive. Not only was it late, but the packaging was also damaged and some items were missing. I tried contacting their customer service but it was a nightmare. The responses were slow, unhelpful, and it felt like they didn’t care at all. I finally got a partial refund but not without a lot of hassle and frustration. I'm left feeling really disappointed and ripped off. For a site that claims to be so international, they seriously lack in professionalism and efficient service. Given my experience, I don't think I'll ever be using Fruugo again and I recommend others to be very cautious before making a purchase here.

Recently, I had the opportunity to order from Fruugo Canada's website, and I must say, the experience was far from satisfactory. I decided to purchase a set of wireless earphones, the brand was listed as "QCY T1C," which had some decent reviews online. The website initially appeared user-friendly, with a wide range of products to choose from, but the first issue I encountered was the lack of detailed product descriptions. For anyone who is remotely tech-savvy, the limited information provided would be frustrating. It felt almost as if the site wanted to keep you in the dark about what you were purchasing. After taking a leap of faith, I placed my order; the checkout process itself was smooth, but the absence of a detailed pricing breakdown was concerning. The product did arrive within the estimated delivery time, which is perhaps the only positive aspect of this entire experience. However, upon unboxing my new earphones, I noticed that the package was slightly damaged. While the earphones themselves were not broken, the damaged packaging left me feeling uneasy about the quality and authenticity of the product. Within a week of use, I found that the audio quality was subpar, and the battery life was far shorter than what had been advertised. Feeling disappointed, I reached out to Fruugo's customer service for support. The response time was slow, taking almost 48 hours to get a generic reply that barely addressed my concerns. Ultimately, I was not offered a refund or replacement, but rather a discount on my next purchase, which felt like a slap in the face. Given the poor customer service, damaged packaging, and misleading product descriptions, I cannot in good conscience recommend Fruugo Canada for purchasing electronic items. If they improve their customer service and provide detailed, honest descriptions, it might be worth another shot, but for now, it's best to look elsewhere for reliable products.
