Honestly, I was quite disappointed with my shopping experience on FragranceCanada.ca. I was hoping for a pleasant and smooth transaction, but it turned out to be more of a hassle than it was worth. First of all, the website layout is far from user-friendly. It takes forever to find what you’re looking for, and the search function doesn’t seem to filter accurately. For example, searching for “lavender fragrance” brought up a bunch of unrelated perfumes and colognes. This made my browsing experience very frustrating and time-consuming. Secondly, the product descriptions are lackluster at best. They offer very minimal information about the fragrances, which makes it tough to make an informed decision without smelling the product firsthand. Also, the images are not of high quality - some even look blurry. It’s hard to understand how they expect customers to buy expensive perfumes with such inadequate details. Another big issue was the checkout process. It was extremely glitchy, and I had to reload the page multiple times before it would let me continue. To top it off, the shipping times are lengthy, and the shipping costs are quite high for what they are offering. When my order finally arrived, I was sorely disappointed. One of the bottles had leaked during transit, and the packaging was poorly done. I tried reaching out to customer service to address this issue, but their response time is abysmal. It took over a week for them to get back to me, and even then, their solution was not satisfactory. There was no offer of a refund or replacement, just a generic apology. In summary, I would recommend steering clear of FragranceCanada.ca unless they make significant improvements. There are better options out there with better service, more detailed descriptions, and quicker shipping. This site needs a lot of work to meet basic customer expectations.
I purchased the Viktor Rolf Spicebomb Extreme EDP Spray (M) but was disappointed. The scent wasn't as strong as I expected, and it barely lasted more than a few hours. Also, the shipping cost was too high for the value I got. Not worth the price!
