Terrible experience with Forestal Garden Service. Honestly, I had high expectations given the professional appearance of their website, but the service I received was far from satisfactory. First of all, the customer service was extremely unresponsive. I had to call multiple times before someone finally picked up the phone, and even then, the person on the other end seemed uninterested in helping me with my queries. After finally scheduling a garden maintenance service, they arrived over an hour late without any prior notification. The actual work done in my garden was quite disappointing. It felt rushed and incomplete - there were still weeds everywhere and the pruning was done very haphazardly. It seemed like they just wanted to get the job done as quickly as possible without any attention to detail. Additionally, the workers left a mess behind, with trimmings scattered all over my garden. The final straw was the exorbitant price they charged for such poor-quality service. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional garden maintenance. Save your money and look elsewhere!
