I had high hopes for Fluyda, but honestly, the site left me pretty underwhelmed. The user interface is not intuitive at all; it’s cluttered and difficult to navigate. I’ve been using the site for a month, and I still struggle to find basic features without having to click around aimlessly. The content itself is also quite disappointing. Many of the articles seem recycled and lack depth, and I noticed several grammatical errors which make the site look unprofessional. I also had an issue with the customer service; I sent an inquiry and didn’t receive a response for over a week, and when I finally did get a reply, it was a generic copy-paste message that didn’t address my specific concerns. On the positive side, the site does offer a variety of topics, but quantity doesn’t substitute for quality. I might check back in the future to see if they’ve improved, but for now, I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family. Save your time and look elsewhere.
The website is very hard to navigate and the design looks outdated. I couldn't find the information I needed easily. Probably won't be using it again.
