I had high expectations for FlamurMart after hearing some positive things, but my experience was far from satisfying. To be blunt, the website is just not user-friendly. The layout is cluttered with so many options and links that it becomes overwhelming to find what you're looking for. The search functionality is either broken or not well-optimized because it rarely returns relevant results. When it does work, the loading times are excruciatingly long, making the whole process frustrating. The product descriptions are bare minimum, often leaving out crucial details like size or material. This is not what you expect from an e-commerce site aiming to build trust with its customers. Payment options are another headache. I had issues with both my credit card and PayPal not being accepted, which is absolutely unacceptable for an online store in 2023. Customer service also leaves much to be desired. I tried to reach out via their contact form for a simple query, and it took them a week to get back to me, only to provide an unhelpful, generic response that didn’t solve my issue. The return policy is not clearly stated, adding yet another layer of doubt and confusion. When it comes to delivery, shipment tracking is unreliable, and orders arrive way later than the estimated time given on the site. I had to wait nearly three weeks for a delivery that was supposed to take only five days. This level of service is simply not acceptable. Finally, the prices are not competitive. For the same items, you can find better deals on more reliable platforms. I really wanted to like FlamurMart, but after this experience, it’s clear I won’t be returning. They need to improve dramatically in numerous areas before I would consider giving them another chance. Till then, I recommend steering clear.
Site poorly organized, difficult to navigate. Products lack clear description, and customer support is non-existent. Not satisfied with the experience at all.
