Oh man, where do I begin with Fit-Star.de? I signed up for a membership with high hopes of finding a great place to workout and keep fit. But I was seriously disappointed. First off, the website is super confusing. It took me forever to figure out how to navigate and find basic information like class schedules or membership details. The design is outdated and not user-friendly at all. The classes themselves were a letdown too. I attended a few and found them to be poorly organized. The instructors didn't seem very engaged or motivated to help us get the best out of the workout. Most of the time, they were just talking among themselves or on their phones.
Die Mitgliedschaft bei Fit-Star war enttäuschend. Die Geräte sind alt und oft kaputt. Der Kundenservice war auch sehr unfreundlich. Es gibt definitiv bessere Optionen.
