I had high hopes for using Finest Retreats for my holiday plans, but my experience has been quite disappointing. It all started with the booking process, which appeared straightforward at first but turned out to be cumbersome and error-prone. I encountered multiple issues with the website, such as pages that would take forever to load or, worse, wouldn't load at all. This made it extremely frustrating to search for and select a property. When I finally managed to book a property, I was not impressed with the support I received. I had some pre-arrival questions about the amenities and nearby conveniences, and the responses I got were either very delayed or not helpful. It felt like I was talking to a robot who couldn't care less about my concerns. On arrival, the property did not live up to its description. The cleanliness was subpar, and there were several maintenance issues like broken fixtures and a leaking bathroom. The photos on the website seemed outdated compared to what we actually got. Furthermore, the location was less ideal than it was made to sound. These inaccuracies left me feeling misled. During our stay, I tried to contact customer service for assistance and once again faced the same slow and unhelpful responses. This is not what one expects when paying a premium for supposed "luxury" accommodations. To add to the frustration, I discovered hidden fees and charges that weren't transparently communicated during the booking process. This lack of transparency is quite unacceptable and left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I had expected a hassle-free, luxurious getaway but was met with a series of letdowns. I wouldn't recommend Finest Retreats until they can significantly improve their booking process, customer service, and the accuracy of their property descriptions.
The service was below expectations. The accommodation looked much better in the photos and was not very clean. Also, customer support was slow to respond. Won't be using Finest Retreats again.
