Horrible experience on finable.net. First of all, the website is super slow, taking forever to load even basic pages. I tried to navigate through different sections and honestly it was an endless loop of frustration. Not to mention, the layout is super outdated and feels like it's from the early 2000s. The search functionality is pretty useless as well. I was looking for some specific financial information and the search results were either irrelevant or non-existent. It's obvious that the data on this site is not up-to-date. For instance, I found interest rates from three years ago being displayed as recent. Customer service is also terrible. I reached out with a simple query and it took them three days to respond, and even then, the response was vague and unhelpful. There's also a lack of transparency when it comes to the features they advertise. Many of them are either half-baked or don't work at all. It's really disappointing because from the description, this site seemed like a one-stop shop for financial data and services. I was seriously expecting better considering the name 'finable.net'. Very misleading. Don’t waste your time here—it’s not worth the frustration.
