I had high hopes for Febreze UK products, but honestly, they didn't live up to the expectations. I purchased the Air Freshener Spray and the Fabric Refresher, thinking they would help freshen up my home. The Air Freshener Spray has a very artificial smell that lingers too long and doesn't mix well with any other scents in the house. It's almost like spraying perfume directly into your nose - way too overwhelming! The Fabric Refresher claims to remove odors but it feels like it just masks them temporarily. After a couple of hours, the original smell comes back, making it seem like the product is ineffective. I also noticed that the scents labeled as "natural" don't smell natural at all. They have a chemical undertone that's quite off-putting. Another issue is the packaging. It looks sleek and modern, but it's not at all practical. The spray nozzle on both products gets clogged easily and sometimes even leaks, which can be super messy and wasteful. Now onto the prices. For the performance and quality you are getting, Febreze products are overpriced. There are far better options on the market for the same or even lower price. I expected a premium experience due to the brand's reputation, but it was very disappointing. Customer service wasn't helpful either. When I reached out to them about the clogged nozzles, they gave me a generic response and didn't offer any real solutions. It feels like a waste of money and I wish I had read more reviews before purchasing. Overall, a very underwhelming experience and I won't be buying Febreze products again. I'd advise you to look for alternatives if you're in need of air fresheners or fabric refreshers.
I'm really disappointed in Febreze's latest air freshener. The scent doesn’t last very long, and it actually started to smell unpleasant after a while. For the price, I expected much better quality. Not sure I'll be buying it again.
