I recently had an experience with fabricators.ltd, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The website promised high-quality custom fabrication services, but what I received was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the website interface is confusing and not user-friendly. It took me a long time to navigate through the different sections to find the information I needed. There are no clear instructions on how to place an order, and the FAQs section is very limited, leaving many common questions unanswered. When it came to placing my order, the process was not smooth. The customization options were limited, which was frustrating since they advertised a wide range of possibilities. I spent a good amount of time inputting my specifications, only to find out that they couldn't accommodate my needs. Communication with customer service was also problematic. I tried reaching out via email and received very late responses that were not helpful. It's as if the support team didn't fully read my queries before responding with generic answers that didn't address my concerns. Moreover, the fabrication quality was subpar. The materials used were not as described, and the finish of the product was quite rough. It certainly didn't justify the high price I paid. Delivery was another issue; there was a delay of over a week with no prior notice or explanation. Considering all these points, I cannot recommend fabricators.ltd to anyone expecting professional and high-quality service. They seriously need improvements in their website, customer service, and overall product quality to meet their claims. Right now, it's just not worth the hassle or the cost. Save your time and money, and look for other reliable options.
I ordered some custom metalwork from Fabricators Ltd, and it was disappointing. The cut edges were not clean, and the dimensions were off by a few millimeters. For the price I paid, this level of craftsmanship is unacceptable.
