I booked a vacation package through Evolution Travel and I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience. To begin with, the website was very difficult to navigate, and there was a noticeable lack of useful information about the various tours and packages available. It's shocking in this day and age for a travel website to be so poorly designed. I had high hopes for the trip, but things just went downhill once we arrived at the destination. The hotel that was included in the package was far below the standard that was advertised. Our room was dirty when we checked in, and despite numerous complaints, it was never properly cleaned. The hotel staff seemed uninterested in helping us with any issue we had. Moreover, the included meals were subpar; we were forced to eat at the same buffet every day, and the food options were limited and often not very appetizing. The excursions that were part of the package were equally disappointing. The descriptions online made them sound exciting and exclusive, but in reality, they were overcrowded and poorly organized. One of the excursions was even canceled at the last minute, and we were not offered any kind of compensation or alternative activity. To make matters worse, contacting customer service was a nightmare. They were rarely available and when we finally got through, their responses were unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, the experience felt like a scam and I certainly did not receive what I paid for. This travel agency does not live up to its promises and I would not recommend it to anyone looking to book a holiday. If you're considering Evolution Travel for your next trip, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
Le site Evolution Travel ne m'a pas vraiment convaincu. Les offres ne sont pas bien détaillées et il est difficile de trouver des informations claires. De plus, le service client est lent et pas très utile. Je ne recommande pas.
