I've had the misfortune of dealing with EuroCOC and it has been a major hassle. First off, the website is super outdated and cluttered. It took me forever just to find the right section I needed. The service itself is ridiculously slow. I mean, I paid quite a sum expecting a quick turnaround, but it took weeks, and not even a single update. I had to keep chasing them for information. Communication is another nightmare. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Actually talked to rude reps who acted like I was bothering them by calling. Their email responses, if any, are generic and unhelpful. Not to mention, their forms are super complicated and not user-friendly at all. The overall experience left me questioning if the service was even legit. If you plan on using it, be prepared for a very tedious and frustrating process. There are probably better alternatives out there that give you value for your money and respect your time. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
