I recently visited eternity.business and have to say there were quite a few disappointments. First off, the website's layout is overly cluttered and hard to navigate. A more streamlined design would greatly improve the user experience. I spent way too much time hunting for basic information that should have been readily accessible. Moreover, the contact information was obscure, making it difficult to get in touch with customer support. Speaking of customer support, the response time was unacceptable. I sent an inquiry through their contact form and had to wait over a week to get a generic and unhelpful response. This kind of service is just not acceptable in today's fast-paced world. Additionally, I found the content quite lacking in depth. Many of the articles and resources felt more like self-promotion than providing genuine value. It's frustrating when you're looking for substantial information and instead find fluff pieces that don't contribute much to the topic at hand. Another major issue was that the website frequently stalled and took forever to load. This poor performance is inexcusable, as it interrupts workflow and wastes valuable time. It's clear that either they haven't invested in proper server infrastructure or they haven't optimized the site correctly. Lastly, the mobile experience was subpar. The site doesn’t adapt well to smaller screens, and navigating it on a smartphone or a tablet is a nightmare. Buttons and links are misplaced, and some elements just don’t load at all. Considering the increasing number of users accessing sites via mobile devices, this is a major drawback. Overall, I expected much more from this site, considering the niche it's trying to cater to. There are a lot of improvements needed before I would consider coming back. Not impressed at all.
I tried the Eternity Business services and was underwhelmed. The customer support was slow, and the results didn’t meet my expectations at all. Would not recommend. 😞
