The 14 days single visa entry process didn't go like I expected. It took longer than advertised on the site and customer service was non-responsive. Not happy.
The website is hard to navigate. I struggled to find the visa types and the payment page kept crashing. It was frustrating and time-consuming. 👎

I recently tried using EmiratesVisa.co.uk to apply for a visa, but my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, the website navigation is poor, making it difficult to find relevant information. The layout is cluttered and not user-friendly, which is frustrating when you are urgently trying to sort out travel documents. On top of that, the loading times are ridiculously slow; I had to refresh the pages multiple times just to get them to load properly. Once I finally got to the application form, I encountered several bugs. The form kept freezing, and I lost my progress twice, which made the whole experience even more aggravating. The information provided is vague and not detailed enough, especially for first-time travelers who may not be familiar with the requirements. Communication from the service was also subpar. I sent multiple emails for clarification and received responses that were either delayed or generic and unhelpful. Customer support over the phone wasn't any better; they seemed untrained and were not able to answer my questions satisfactorily. Furthermore, the fees are quite high compared to other similar services, and there's a lack of transparency regarding what the fees actually cover. I only found out about additional costs right before the final submission of my application. Given the substandard web experience, the underwhelming customer service, and the high fees, I cannot recommend EmiratesVisa.co.uk. You would be better off trying another service that may offer clearer instructions, better customer support, and a more reliable website.
I used this service to apply for my visa to Dubai and I was really disappointed. The process took much longer than promised, and customer service was not helpful. I would not recommend it to others.
