Très déçu par ce service. Les horaires ne sont pas respectés et le personnel n'est pas très accueillant. Je ne recommande pas. 😒
Unbelievable. This website sucks...and I'm being generous giving it 1 star. So where do I start? The layout is a total mess and it takes forever to find what you need. It's like they never heard of user experience. I tried to navigate through the categories, but it keeps taking me back to the homepage for some reason. Also, the product descriptions are so vague, it's impossible to know if you're buying the right thing or not. I ordered a blender, what I got was a nightmare. The packaging was horrible, the blender was scratched and looked used! I tried contacting customer support, good luck with that. I got no response for a week, and when they finally replied, they just said "Sorry, nothing we can do." Seriously? The return policy is also ridiculous—it’s almost like they dare you to try and return something. To top it all off, the prices are just not worth the risk or the headache. There’s no way I’m shopping here again. Electromenager.re is not reliable. It’s a shame because I really needed some kitchen appliances but instead, I wasted my time and money. And don't even get me started on the payment options, which are limited and not secure. I had to double-check multiple times to make sure my information wasn't compromised. If you're looking for appliances, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. There are plenty of better options out there that are more reliable and customer-friendly. Avoid this place like the plague unless you enjoy frustrating, disappointing experiences. I'm really disappointed and regret ordering here. Save yourself the trouble and spend your money on a more trustworthy site.
